The Stoker banquet meal choices:

Dinner consists of:
• Caprese Salad (mixed greens served with tomato and buffalo mozzarella served with white balsamic vinaigrette)
• Warm Rolls with sweet butter
• Main Course (see choices below)
• Stuffed Rose Potatoes, Broccolini and Baby Carrots;
• Dessert: New York Style Cheesecake with Chocolate Sauce
• Coffee or Tea

Main Course Choices:
• a) Chicken Wellington (chicken breast stuffed with ground mushroom duxelles, baked in puff pastry and served with shitake mushroom sauce);
• b) Broiled New York Steak served with mushroom ragout and dijon three peppercorn sauce;
• c) Vegetarian lasagna - layers of lasagna filled with spinach, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini, topped with bechamel sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
